Brad brings over 14 years of experience in retail real estate with a primary focus on providing tenant representation, site selection, site acquisition, and development services. Brad founded Westbrook Real Estate in 2009 with the ambition to create an environment that is both client centered and partnership oriented. His approach has lead to multiple long-term tenant representation and developer relationships including Starbucks (68 transactions), Raving Brand (parent co. to Moe's Southwest Grill, +100 transactions) and Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint (35 transactions). Regardless of each client's individual goals (1 store/year or 10 stores/year) Brad provides the same systematic and disciplined approach to everyone.
Allen draws from a wide range of retail real estate experience to provide tenant representation, site selection, land acquisition and development consulting services. Allen’s retailer roots and active role in developing retail real estate allow him to bring a well-rounded depth of knowledge to assisting clients with their real estate needs in Georgia and beyond. Since joining Westbrook Real Estate in 2016, he has partnered with both national and regional brands, including Dunkin’ Brands and Culver’s, to execute market entry or expansion efforts in multiple southeastern markets.
Previously, Allen worked at RaceTrac Petroleum managing site selection, land acquisitions and new store development pursuits in the southeast Florida and Georgia regions. Allen is graduate of Furman University and holds an MBA from Georgia State University. He lives in Marietta, GA with his wife, Whitney, and two young daughters, Lucy and Cora.
Julia joined the Westbrook Real Estate team in 2013. She began her real estate career with Catalyst Retail Group and deepened her experience with SRS Real Estate Partners prior to joining Westbrook Real Estate. She has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate with an emphasis on marketing and client relationship management. Julia is responsible for multi-faceted marketing of projects, landlord reporting and other organizational components for the team.
Caleb Graduated from The University of West Georgia in 2013 with a B.S. in Political Science. After several years of selling residential homes in the Atlanta Metro area, Caleb has developed his skills as a real estate professional from both residential and commercial real estate experiences and uses that to bring top notch performance to all clients and customers.
Sam joined the team in 2017. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of North Georgia and has a military background, allowing him to apply a disciplined, adaptive and strategic approach to the needs of each client.
